Independent Contractor Agreement & Acknowledgment By registering with and accepting work from this company, you (“Technician”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Pricing Agreement Technician agrees to perform screen panel replacement services at the following fixed rates: $75.00 for a single panel, $50.00 per panel for two (2) to fifty-one (51) panels, and $40.00 per panel for fifty-two (52) or more panels. These rates apply regardless of panel size, configuration, or location. No deviations are permitted without prior written approval. No Direct Billing or Upselling Technician agrees not to request, solicit, or accept any additional payment directly from the customer. Technician shall not attempt to upsell, cross-sell, or otherwise transact with the customer outside of this agreement. All customer billing is handled exclusively by the company. Customer Ownership & Additional Work All customers are and remain the sole property of the company. Any additional work identified or requested by the customer must be communicated through the company. Any approved additional work or upsells will be coordinated and compensated in accordance with company policy. Independent Contractor Status Technician is an independent contractor and not an employee of the company. Technician is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, and business operations. Licensing & Insurance Technician represents and warrants that they maintain all required licenses and insurance necessary to perform the work, including general liability coverage and, where applicable, workers’ compensation insurance or a valid exemption. Company Role The company operates solely as a lead generation, scheduling, and billing service. The company provides job opportunities, schedules work, collects payment from customers, and compensates Technician for completed work. No Employment Obligations Except for payment for completed and approved work, the company has no obligation to provide work, benefits, or ongoing opportunities. Technician is under no obligation to accept any specific job. Payment Terms Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the company commits to issuing payment to Technician for completed and approved work no later than 6:00 PM on the following business day, in accordance with the agreed rates and the company’s payment procedures. By accepting work, Technician confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
